शिक्षकों को वेतन नहीं, मुख्य शिक्षाधिकारी के घेराव की चेतावनी
पौड़ी। विभागीय लापरवाही के चलते पौड़ी गढ़वाल के अशासकीय विद्यालयों के 66 इंटरमीडिएट कालेजों व माध्यमिक विद्यालयों के लगभग 1हजार शिक्षक व कर्मचारियों को सितम्बर माह का वेतन नहीं मिला है। नतीजतन, इन विद्यालयों के शिक्षक व कर्मचारी काफी गुस्से में हैं। माध्यमिक शिक्षक संघ पौड़ी के जिलाध्यक्ष डॉ महावीर सिंह बिष्ट ने बताया कि पौड़ी जिले में वेतन समय पर नहीं मिलने की समस्या को लेकर उन्होंने बीते माह मुख्य शिक्षाधिकारी से मुलाक़ात की थी।
उन्होंने हर माह की 5 तारीख तक शिक्षक व कर्मचारियों को वेतन आहरण करने का आश्वासन दिया था। लेकिन विभागीय लापरवाही के कारण इस माह में अभी तक शिक्षक व कर्मचारियों को वेतन नहीं मिला है जबकि जिले में वेतन का पूरा बजट उपलब्ध है। संघ ने मुख्य शिक्षाधिकारी के घेराव की चेतावनी भी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि कई विद्यालयों के कार्मिकों को अभी अगस्त माह का वेतन भी नहीं मिला है । इसके साथ -साथ पदोन्नति व समय वेतनमान के भी कई मामले लंबित पड़े हुए है ।
प्रधानाचार्य परिषद के अध्यक्ष संजय रावत ने बताया कि अब त्योहारों का मौसम शुरू हो रहा है शिक्षक व कर्मचारी वेतनविहीन है, ऐसे में उनका त्यौहार फीका ही मनेगा । जिला मंत्री भारत बिष्ट ने बताया कि समय पर वेतन नहीं मिलने से शिक्षकों को अपने घर का खर्चा चलाने, गृह ऋण भरने बच्चों के कोर्स की फीस भरने में दिक्क़त का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। माध्यमिक शिक्षक संघ के पदाधिकारियों ने चेतावनी दी है कि अगर तीन दिन में अशासकीय विद्यालयों के शिक्षक व कर्मचारियों का वेतन भुगतान नहीं हुआ तो वे जिलाधिकारी व उच्चाधिकारियों को अवगत कराएंगे।
