नैनीताल । हाईकोर्ट ने यूकेएसएसएससी भर्ती परीक्षा धांधली मामले में तीन अभियुक्तों की जमानत याचिका को खारिज कर दिया।
गुरुवार को हुई सुनवाई में हाईकोर्ट ने STF की मजबूत पैरवी व साक्ष्यों को देखते हुए UKSSSC के पूर्व अध्यक्ष रघुवीर सिंह रावत, सचिव मनोहर सिंह कन्याल एवं परीक्षा नियंत्रक राजेंद्र सिंह पोखरिया की जमानत याचिका को खारिज कर दिया।
वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक एसटीएफ आयुष अग्रवाल ने बताया कि* उत्तराखण्ड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग द्वारा *वर्ष 2016 में आयोजित की गयी ग्राम पंचायत विकास अधिकारी की परीक्षा में हुई धांधली के सम्बन्ध में विजिलेंस ने मु०अ०सं० 1/20 धारा 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 201409, 120बी भादवि व 13 (1) डी सपठित 13 (2) भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम 1968 का अभियोग पंजीकृत किया गया था। uksssc recruitment scam
बाद में सरकार ने सितम्बर 2022 में मामले की जांच एसटीएफ को सौंप दी गयी।
उत्तराखण्ड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग के पूर्व अध्यक्ष रघुबीर सिंह रावत, तत्कालीन सचिव मनोहर सिंह कन्याल एवं तत्कालीन परीक्षा नियंत्रक राजेन्द्र सिंह पोखरिया को गिरफ्तार किया गया था ।
ये तीनों ही अधिकारी पिछले एक वर्ष से अधिक समय से जेल में हैं । इन तीनों अधिकारियों की पूर्व में विजिलेंस कोर्ट देहरादून ने जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र खारिज किया था ।
इसके बाद तीनों अधिकारियों की ओर से उच्च न्यायालय नैनीताल में जमानत याचिका लगाई गयी थी। STF ने तीनों अभियुक्त की जमानत याचिका का पुरजोर विरोध किया गया था।
उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा एसटीएफ के प्रस्तुत साक्ष्यों का अवलोकन करने के पश्चात गुरुवार को तीनों अधिकारियों की जमानत याचिका को खारिज कर दिया ।
वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक एसटीएफ ने बताया कि परीक्षा धांधली से जुड़े सभी मामलों में एसटीएफ न्यायालयों में प्रभावी पैरवी कर रही है ।
