देहरादून में नए बाईपास के लिए केंद्र ने मुकर्रर किए 715 करोड़

नया बाईपास- झाझरा से आशारोड़ी तक बनेगी लिंक रोड

देहरादून। बढ़ते ट्रैफिक दबाव को देखते हुए झाझरा से आशारोड़ी तक एक नया बाईपास बनाया जाएगा। केंद्र सरकार ने इस 12 किमी की लिंक रोड के लिए 715 करोड़ रुपए मुकर्रर किये हैं। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने केंद्र सरकार द्वारा प्रदेश की बहुप्रतीक्षित झाझरा-आशारोड़ी लिंक रोड (लंबाई 12.17 किमी) के विकास के लिए ₹715.97 करोड़ धनराशि की स्वीकृति देने पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और केंद्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी का आभार व्यक्त किया है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह लिंक रोड देहरादून शहर के लिए एक बाईपास के रूप में कार्य करेगा जिससे देहरादून शहर में भीड़भाड़ और प्रदूषण में भी कमी आएगी।
