देहरादून। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आगामी 8 दिसंबर को “उत्तराखंड ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स समिट 2023” का शुभारंभ करेंगे। 8 और 9 दिसंबर को फॉरेस्ट रिसर्च इंस्टीट्यूट देहरादून में चलने वाले इस ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स समिट में देश- दुनिया के हज़ार से अधिक इन्वेस्टर और डेलीगेट्स शामिल होंगे। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी 8 दिसंबर को ही ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स समिट के उद्घाटन सत्र के बाद वापस दिल्ली लौट जाएंगे। उत्तराखंड सरकार द्वारा इस बार ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स समिट की थीम “पीस टू प्रोस्पेरिटी” को रखा गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स समिट को लेकर सभी तैयारी पूरी हो चुकी हैं। सरकार द्वारा उत्तराखण्ड को निवेश की नई डेस्टिनेशन के रूप में स्थापित करने के उद्देश्य से यह आयोजन किया जा रहा है। प्रदेश सरकार ने ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स समिट में ढाई लाख करोड़ के निवेश का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया था। जिसमें निर्धारित लक्ष्य को पूर्ण कर लिया गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त उद्योग समूहों के साथ एमओयू साइन किए जाने का कार्य गतिमान है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी सरकार निवेश के माध्यम से राज्य में रोजगार सृजन एवं स्थानीय उत्पादों को बढ़ावा देने हेतु निरंतर कार्य कर रही है।
लन्दन, दुबई समेत देश के महानगरों में किये गए रोड शो
ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स समिट के आयोजन से पहले उत्तराखण्ड सरकार द्वारा 4 इंटरनेशनल और 5 डोमेस्टिक रोड शो आयोजित किए गए। देश से बाहर लंदन,बर्मिघम, अबुधाबी, दुबई में 4 इंटरनेशनल रोड शो हो चुके हैं जबकि देशभर में प्रदेश सरकार दिल्ली, चेन्नई, बेंगलुरु, अहमदाबाद और मुंबई में रोड शो कर चुकी है। बीते 14 सितंबर और 4 अक्टूबर को धामी सरकार दिल्ली में ₹26575 करोड़, 26 और 27 सितंबर को ब्रिटेन में ₹12500 करोड़, 17 और 18 अक्टूबर को यूएई में ₹15475 करोड़ के निवेश का करार कर चुकी है। इसके अलावा 26 अक्टूबर को चेन्नई में ₹10150 करोड़, 28 अक्टूबर को बेंगलुरु में ₹4600 करोड़ और 1 नवंबर को अहमदाबाद में ₹24000 करोड़ के निवेश प्रस्ताव का करार हुआ है।
जबकि 5 नवम्बर को मुंबई रोड शो में ₹30200 करोड़ रुपए के एमओयू किए गए। इसके साथ ही प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा देहरादून- हरिद्वार जनपद का हरिद्वार में और नैनीताल- ऊधमसिंह नगर का रुद्रपुर में “रिजनल कॉन्क्लेव” आयोजित किया गया। इसके अतरिक्त सभी 9 जनपदों में भी “डिस्ट्रिक्ट लेबल मिनी कॉन्क्लेव” आयोजित किए गए ताकि प्रदेश के अन्य छोटे- बड़े उद्यमियों को भी निवेश हेतु प्रोत्साहित किया जा सके। अब तक प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा जिन निवेशकों से इन्वेंस्टमेंट एमओयू साइन किए गए हैं। उनमें प्रमुखतः टूरिज्म हास्पिटैलिटी सेक्टर, आयुष वेलनेस सेक्टर, मैन्युफैक्चरिंग सेक्टर, फार्मा सेक्टर, फूड प्रोसेसिंग, रियल एस्टेट-इंफ्रा, पंप्ड स्टोरेज सेक्टर, ग्रीन एंड रिन्यूएबल एनर्जी एवं ऑटोमोबाइल सेक्टर शामिल हैं।

इस आयोजन के उद्घाटन सत्र में कई विशिष्ट अतिथियों के शामिल होने का अनुमान है। जिसमें भारत सरकार के तीन केंद्रीय मंत्रीयों के साथ ही राज्य सरकार के 7 कैबिनेट मंत्री, सभी पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री, सांसद, विधायकगण एवं कई विशिष्ट अतिथि भी उपस्थित रहेंगे। उद्घाटन सत्र में 8 प्रमुख वक्ता के रूप में देश के प्रमुख उद्योगपति शामिल रहेंगे। ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स समिट 2023 में 15 महामहिम राजदूत / हैड आफ मिशन-स्पेन, स्लोवानिया, नेपाल, क्यूबा, ग्रीस, आस्ट्रिया, जापान, साउदी अरब आदि शामिल रहेंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त प्रमुख उद्योगपति आदि भी मौजूद रहेंगे। राज्य 44 हज़ार करोड़ के प्रोजेक्ट्स होंगे ग्राउंड
