देहरादून। ठीक एक महीने पहले दून के रिलायंस ज्वैल शो रूम में हुई करोड़ों की डकैती के मामले में दो लाख का इनामी अभियुक्त विक्रम को यूपी से गिरफ्तार कर लिया। दून पुलिस और एसटीएफ की संयुक्त कार्यवाही में यह गिरफ्तारी की गई।
गिरफ्तारी के बाद प्रेमनगर के जंगल से हथियार बरामदगी के दौरान विक्रम ने पुलिस पार्टी पर हमला किया। जवाबी कार्रवाई में विक्रम के पैर में एक गोली लगी है। पुलिस ने एक लोडेड पिस्टल बरामद किया।
पुलिस सूत्रों ने बताया कि देर रात गहन पूछताछ व कानूनी कार्यवाही के बाद विक्रम को हथियार की रिकवरी के लिए प्रेमनगर के जंगल एरिया में ले जाया गया। जहां अभियुक्त ने पुलिस पर जानलेवा हमला कर दिया। पुलिस की जवाबी कार्रवाई में विक्रम घायल हो गया।
पुलिस सूत्रों ने बताया कि संयुक्त टीम ने बचाव में फायर किया। बदमाश विक्रम के पैर में गोली लगी।
अभियुक्त विक्रम की निशादेही पर एक लोडेड पिस्टल बरामद की गई। दून पुलिस डकैती की घटना व साजिश में शामिल आठ को गिरफ्तार कर चुकी है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि राज्य स्थापना दिवस नौ नवंबर को राष्ट्रपति के दौरे के दिन डकैतों ने सरेआम करोड़ों का सोना लूट लिया था।
इस मामले में लुटे गए माल की बरामदगी होनी बाकी है।
डकैती की घटना होने पर सीएम धामी ने सख्त रुख अपनाते हुए जिम्मेदारी फिक्स करने की बात भी कही थी।
