रुद्रप्रयाग में नारी शक्ति वंदन महोत्सव
प्रदेश में जल्द लागू होगी यूसीसी
रुद्रप्रयाग। सीएम धामी ने रविवार को जनपद रुद्रप्रयाग में नारी शक्ति वंदन महोत्सव के अंतर्गत आयोजित ब्वै, ब्वारी, नौनी कौथिग में किया प्रतिभाग किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर ₹467 करोड़ 78 लाख की 27140 योजनाओं का लोकार्पण एवं शिलान्यास किया। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने विभिन्न विभागों के स्टॉल का अवलोकन कर महिलाओं के साथ संवाद किया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने रुद्रप्रयाग पर्यटन विभाग की ओर से तैयार कॉफ़ी टेबल बुक का विमोचन किया। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने दुग्ध विभाग एवं सीएसआर के माध्यम से संचालित अत्याधुनिक एम्बुलेंस को हरी झंडी दिखाई। कार्यक्रम के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने जनपद के विकास के लिए विभिन्न घोषणाएं भी की।
सीएम ने कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि पंचप्रयागों में से एक प्रयाग होने के कारण इस भूमि का स्थान उत्तराखण्ड में ही बल्कि भारत में अति विशिष्ट है। उन्होंने कहा कि ये मेरा सौभाग्य है कि मुझे ऐसी सिद्ध भूमि पर आने और यहां मातृशक्ति को समर्पित ब्वै, ब्वारी, नौनी कौथिग कार्यक्रम के तहत जन कल्याण की योजनाओं का शिलान्यास और लोकार्पण करने का अवसर मिल रहा है।
सीएम ने कहा कि आज प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में डबल इंजन की सरकार द्वारा पूरे उत्तराखंड का विकास किया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार का प्रयास है कि रुद्रप्रयाग जिले का सर्वांगीण विकास हो और यह क्षेत्र उन्नति के नए शिखर छुए। मुख्यमंत्री ने महिलाओं को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि हमारी मातृशक्ति सही अर्थों में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी द्वारा दिए गए आत्मनिर्भर भारत और वोकल फॉर लोकल’’ के मंत्र को धरातल पर उतारने का कार्य कर रही हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि मातृ शक्ति के सहयोग के बिना किसी भी समाज या किसी भी राष्ट्र का संपूर्ण विकास नहीं हो सकता।
उन्होंने कहा कि आज प्रदेश के दुर्गम गांव-गांव में महिलाएं सेल्फ हेल्प ग्रुप बनाकर कुटीर उद्योगों के जरिए ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को गति प्रदान कर रही हैं। महिलाओं के पास कौशल की कभी कोई कमी नहीं रही और अब यही कौशल उनकी और उनके परिवारों की आर्थिकी को शक्ति प्रदान कर रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि बहनो की इस परेशानी को समझा तो सिर्फ प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने, उनके नेतृत्वकाल में आज देशभर में करीब 23 करोड़ महिलाओं को जन धन खातों के जरिए बैंकों से जोड़ा जा चुका है।
सीएम ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार ने सरकारी नौकरियों में महिलाओं को 30 प्रतिशत आरक्षण देने के साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री नारी सशक्तिकरण योजना,मुख्यमंत्री महालक्ष्मी योजना,लखपति दीदी योजना,मुख्यमंत्री आंचल अमृत योजना, मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना, मुख्यमंत्री अल्पसंख्यक मेधावी योजना, नंदा गौरा मातृवंदना योजना और महिला पोषण अभियान जैसी योजनाएं प्रारंभ की हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि बतौर मुख्यसेवक “मेरा ये प्रयास रहा है कि प्रदेश की जनता के हितों के लिए जो भी आवश्यक कदम हों, बिना देरी के उठाएं जाएं।” उन्होंने कहा एक ओर जहां उत्तराखण्ड में देश का सबसे कठोर नकल विरोधी कानून लागू किया, वहीं धर्मांतरण रोकने के लिए भी कानून बनाया, प्रदेश में पहली बार लैंड जिहाद के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की गई, वहीं भ्रष्टाचारियों के खिलाफ भी पहली बार कार्रवाई करने से हम पीछे नहीं हटे, इसके साथ ही हमने प्रदेश की महिलाओं के लिए 30 प्रतिशत आरक्षण की व्यवस्था भी प्रारंभ की।
सीएम ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार को समान नागरिक संहिता का जल्द ड्राफ्ट मिल जाएगा, जिसके बाद जल्द समान नागरिक संहिता को लागू करने की तैयारी चल रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में चारधाम यात्रा ने बीते वर्ष रिकॉर्ड पार किए इस वर्ष सरकार यात्रा को और बेहतर तरीक़े से सुविधाओं को विकसित करने जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि हाल में प्रदेश सरकार उत्तराखण्ड ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स समिट का आयोजन किया जिसके तहत 50 देशों के निवेशकों ने प्रतिभाग किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार प्रदेश में वेडिंग डेस्टिनेशन को विकसित करने के लिए भी मिशन मोड में काम कर रही है।
इस अवसर पर विधायक रुद्रप्रयाग भरत सिंह चौधरी ने मुख्यमंत्री का जनपद आगमन पर स्वागत करते हुए जनपद के विकास के लिए सरकार द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों एवं उपलब्धियों की जानकारी दी। विधायक केदारनाथ शैला रानी रावत ने केदारनाथ धाम यात्रा में नया कीर्तिमान स्थापित होने पर मुख्यमंत्री धामी को शुभकामनाएं दीं। उन्होंने कहा कि धामी जी के नेतृत्व में करीब 20 लाख श्रद्धालुओं ने बाबा केदारनाथ के दर्शन किए हैं। जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष अमरदेई शाह ने जनपद के विकास के लिए मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों पर धन्यवाद दिया।
इस अवसर पर दर्जा धारी राज्यमंत्री अजेन्द्र अजय, चण्डी प्रसाद भट्ट, प्रदेश गढ़वाल आयुक्त विनय शंकर पांडेय,अध्यक्ष महिला मोर्चा आशा नौटियाल, भाजपा ज़िलाध्यक्ष महावीर पवार, ज़िलाधिकारी एवं पुलिस कप्तान मौजूद रहे।
घोषणाओं का विवरण
1- मन्दाकनी शरदोत्सव एवं कृषि उद्योगिक विकास मेला, अगस्तमुनी को राजकीय मेला घोषित किया जाएगा।
2- सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र अगस्तमुनि में आवश्यकतानुसार विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकों की नियुक्ति की जाएगी।
3- गौरीकुण्ड में स्थित मॉ गौरी के मन्दिर का सौन्दर्याकरण किया जाएगा।
4- द्वितीय केदार श्री मद्यमहेश्वर धाम को विकसित किया जाएगा।
5- दशज्यूला क्षेत्र के स्थान जागतोली में मिनी स्टेडियम की स्थापना की जाएगी।
6- छेनागाड पेयजल योजना का निर्माण किया जाएगा।
7- राजकीय पालीटेक्निक चोपता के भवन का निर्माण किया जाएगा।
8- अगस्तमुनी खेल मैदान से चाका हेतु मोटर पुल का निर्माण किया जाएगा।
9- लमगौण्डी देवलीघडी ग्राम तीनसोली मोटर मार्ग का नाम जम्मू कश्मीर में आतंकवादी मुठभेड में शहीद हवलदार देवेन्द्र सिंह राणा के नाम पर किया जाएगा।
10- भीरी- मक्कू मोटर मार्ग से परकण्डी सिरवा तक 2 किलोमीटर मोटर मार्ग की प्रथम चरण की स्वीकृति प्रदान की जाएगी।
11- ऊखीमठ में गुप्तकाशी जाखधार त्यूडी मोटर मार्ग से देवर मोटर मार्ग का सुधारीकरण एवं डामरीकरण का कार्य किया जायेगा।
