डीएवी प्राचार्य व वन विभाग ने लगाए एक दूसरे पर आरोप
देहरादून। डीएवी पीजी कॉलेज में हुए दर्दनाक हादसे से लोगों के मन में रोष उत्पन्न हो रखा है, कॉलेज में चारों तरफ बवाल देखने को मिल रहा है। गुस्साए छात्र संगठनों ने बीते दिन कॉलेज में जमकर हंगामा काटा, वहीं पुलिस ने डीएवी कालेज प्रबंधन के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। एसएसपी अजय सिंह द्वारा बताया गया कि मृतका के भाई ने तहरीर में इस घटना के लिए कालेज प्रबंधन को जिम्मेदार बताया है। आपको बता दें कि डीएवी कालेज की दीवार ढहने से कालेज की पूर्व छात्रा सुष्मिता तोमर की मौत हो गई। इस घटना के बाद गुस्साएं छात्रों ने डीएवी कालेज परिसर, करनपुर व कालेज प्राचार्य के सेवक आश्रम रोड स्थित आवास के बाहर धरना-प्रदर्शन किया। इस दौरान प्राचार्य का पुतला दहन भी किया गया। पुतला जलाने को लेकर छात्रों की पुलिस के साथ काफी झड़प भी हुई।
दूसरी ओर बीते गुरुवार देर शाम को डीबीएस कालेज मार्ग पर हुए इस हादसे के बाद छात्र संगठनों ने देर रात तक विरोध-प्रदर्शन किया और डीएवी कालेज प्रबंधन को इस हादसे के लिए जिम्मेदार ठहराया। प्रबंधन ने शुक्रवार को कालेज में अवकाश घोषित किया था, जिससे छात्र-छात्राएं परिसर में तो नहीं थे, लेकिन छात्र नेताओं की उपस्थिति को देखते हुए कालेज में भारी पुलिस बल तैनात किया गया। एनएसयूआइ के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष विकास नेगी ने कहा कि जिस पेड़ की बात प्राचार्य कर रहे हैं, इसकी शिकायत मुख्यमंत्री पोर्टल पर भी की गई थी, उसके बावजूद पेड़ नहीं काटा गया।
सिस्टम की लापरवाही से छात्रा की मौत
उधर, डीएवी कालेज छात्रसंघ अध्यक्ष दयाल बिष्ट ने कहा कि सुष्मिता तोमर ने एक माह पूर्व ही कनिष्ठ सहायक पद पर डिग्री कालेज पुरोला में ज्वाइनिंग दी थी, लेकिन सिस्टम की लापरवाही के कारण सुष्मिता आज हमारे बीच नहीं है। उनका भाई रघुवीर गंभीर रूप से घायल है। पूर्व में कई बार डीएवी कालेज को लिखित व मौखिक रूप से जर्जर दीवार के पुनर्निर्माण को कहा था, लेकिन अनदेखा किया गया।
अभाविप के महानगर मंत्री उज्ज्वल सेमवाल ने कहा कि अभाविप कार्यकर्ता गुरुवार रात से कालेज गेट पर तालेबंदी कर धरना दे रहे हैं। वह प्राचार्य डा. केआर जैन के इस्तीफे और दोषियों पर मुकदमा दर्ज करने की मांग कर रहे हैं।
छात्रों की सुरक्षा से जुड़ा मामला
इस दौरान सुमित कुमार, यशवंत पंवार, ऋषभ मल्होत्रा, विपिन भट्ट, सागर तोमर, नवदीप राणा, अमन जोशी, विकास टम्टा आदि उपस्थित रहे। उधर, सत्यम शिवम छात्र संगठन के संरक्षक आकिब अहमद ने कहा कि जब वन विभाग नहीं सुन रहा था तो डीएवी कालेज प्रबंधन को जिलाधिकारी से शिकायत करनी चाहिए थी, आखिर यह छात्रों की सुरक्षा से जुड़ा संवेदनशील मामला था।

गुरुवार रात करीब साढ़े आठ बजे ग्राम व पोस्ट कोटा तपलाड, चकराता निवासी सुष्मिता अपने भाई रघुबीर तोमर के साथ नौकरी लगने की खुशी में कोचिंग संचालक को मिठाई खिलाने के लिए गए थे। वापसी में डीएवी पीजी कालेज के पीछे की दीवार डीबीएस मार्ग पर ढह गई। दीवार की चपेट में आने से दोनों भाई-बहन गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए। राहगीरों ने दोनों को अस्पताल पहुंचाया, जहां चिकित्सक ने सुष्मिता को मृत घोषित कर दिया।
