सीएम धामी ने टनल में फंसे 41 श्रमिकों को ₹ 1 लाख की प्रोत्साहन राशि भेंट की
चिन्यालीसौड़, उत्तरकाशी। सीएम धामी ने बुधवार को सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र चिन्यालीसौड़ में प्रारंभिक जांच हेतु भर्ती सिलक्यारा टनल से रेस्क्यू किए गए श्रमिकों का हाल-चाल जानने पहुंचे। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने टनल से रेस्क्यू किए प्रत्येक श्रमिक को ₹ 1- 1 लाख की सहायता राशि के चेक प्रदान करने के साथ ही रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन के अंतिम दौर में पाइप पुशिंग हेतु रैट माइनिंग तकनीक से मैन्युअल खुदाई करने वाले श्रमिकों को भी 50-50 हज़ार की प्रोत्साहन राशि देने की घोषणा की।
सीएम धामी ने अस्पताल में भर्ती प्रत्येक श्रमिक से उनका कुशलक्षेम जाना । उन्होंने डॉक्टरों से श्रमिकों के स्वास्थ लाभ, चिकित्सा उपचार के बारे में जानकारी ली। मुख्यमंत्री ने श्रमिकों को दी जा रही विभिन्न सुविधाओं का भी जायज़ा लिया। उन्होंने श्रमिकों के हौसलो की सराहना की।सीएम धामी ने रेस्क्यू किए गए श्रमिकों में से टनकपुर, चंपावत के पुष्कर की माता से मोबाइल पर बात कर, पुष्कर के बारे में जानकारी दी और कहा कि सभी श्रमिकों को कुशल बचाकर राज्य सरकार ने अपना वचन निभाया है। सीएम ने पुष्कर की माता को बताया कि पुष्कर के साथ ही सभी श्रमिक सुरक्षित हैं। जल्द ही हायर सेंटर में जांच करवाने के उपरांत पुष्कर सहित अन्य श्रमिकों को उनके घर भेज दिया जाएगा।
सीएम धामी ने रेस्क्यू किए गए श्रमिकों के परिजनों से भी मुलाकात की। उन्होंने श्रमिकों के साहस, मनोबल और परिजनों के धैर्य के साथ ही रेसक्यू अभियान में शामिल सभी एजेंसियों व कार्मिकों की अनथक मेहनत को इस अभियान की सफलता का आधार बताया। धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी सुरंग में फंसे श्रमिकों को सकुशल बाहर निकालने के अभियान पर निरंतर नजर रखे हुए थे और वह श्रमिकों की कुशलता को लेकर हमेशा चिंतित रहते थे प्रधानमंत्री के मार्गदर्शन में श्रमिकों के अनमोल जीवन को बचाने की सरकार की वचनवद्धता और परिजनों के साथ ही जनता द्वारा जताए गए अटूट विश्वास ने इस बेहद जटिल , चुनौतीपूर्ण और जोखिम भरे बचाव अभियान को कामयाब बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है।
सीएम ने कहा कि सुरंग हादसे के चलते हम सब इस बार दीपावली नही मना पाए थे, अब सभी श्रमिको को सुरक्षित रेस्क्यू कर लिए जाने के बाद आज दिवाली का जश्न मनाया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने श्रमिकों के परिजनों को देहरादून मुख्यमंत्री आवास में दिवाली मनाने हेतु आमंत्रण भी दिया। इस अवसर पर बताया गया कि प्रारंभिक चिकित्सकीय जांच में सभी श्रमिक ठीक पाए गए हैं। एहतियात के तौर पर उच्च चिकित्सकीय परीक्षण हेतु इन श्रमिको हायर सेंटर भेजा जाएगा। इस दौरान कमिश्नर गढ़वाल मंडल विनय शंकर पांडे, जिलाधिकारी अभिषेक रुहेला, महानिदेशक सूचना बंशीधर तिवारी, पुलिस अधीक्षक अर्पण यदुवंशी एवं अन्य लोग मौजूद रहे।
