देहरादून। डी एस सी एल के वित्त नियंत्रक डॉ तंजीम अली  द्वारा स्मार्ट रोड व सिटीज प्रोजेक्ट के फेस 1 व फेस 2 के कार्यों का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया गया। जिसमें डी.एस.सी.एल. के एवं पी आई यू के अभियंताओं एवं ठेकेदार के प्रतिनिधियों ने प्रतिभाग किया-
1. सिटीज फेस 1 के अन्तर्गत रेसकोर्स बन्नू स्कूल तथा पुलिस लाइन के कार्यों का निरीक्षण किया।
2. जिसमें बन्नू स्कूल रेसकोर्स में फुटपाथ में एक स्थान पर ड्रेन खुली पडी है। इस स्थान पर नाली की सफाई करते हुए कवर करना सुनिश्चित करें जिससे दुर्घटना आदि की सम्भावना ना हो।
3. फुटपाथ के मध्य में विद्युत पोल तथा ट्रेफिक सिग्नल का पोल खडा है इस स्थान पर दीवार की तरफ नाली का कार्य पूर्ण कर फुटपाथ को पूर्ण करना सुनिश्चित करें जिससे आम जन मानस को आवगमन हेतु सुविधा प्राप्त हो सके।
4. स्मार्ट रोड के अन्तर्गत ई0सी0 रोड का निरीक्षण में पाया गया कि जो फुटपाथ च्पपी आई यू, लो0नि0वि0 के द्वारा पूर्ण किये जा चुके है वहाँ पर यू॰पी॰ सी॰ एल॰ के द्वारा कतिपय स्थानों पर पुनः खुदाई कर फुटपाथ क्षतिग्रस्त किया जा रहा है तथा कार्यस्थल पर मलवा यथास्थान पडा हुआ है। यू पी सी एल को निर्देशित किया गया कि तत्काल कार्यों को पूर्ण करें कार्यस्थल पर पडे मलवे को तत्काल हटाये तथा क्षतिग्रस्त फुटपाथ की मरम्मत करना सुनिश्चित करें।
5. चकराता रेड में दून स्कूल के सामने लूथरा नर्सिंग होम के निकट फुटपाथ का कार्य प्रगति पर है। लेकिन वहाँ पर मात्र 3-4 मजदूर कार्य करते हुए पाये गये। इस स्थान पर अस्पताल में आने जाने वाले मरीजों की सुविधा के दृष्टिगत तत्काल फुटपाथ पूर्ण करें तथा आवश्यकतानुसार कंक्रीट से रैम्प बनाना सुनिश्चित करें।
