गुवाहाटी/देहरादून। सूबे के विद्यालयी शिक्षा मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत ने आज गुवाहाटी में असम के शिक्षा मंत्री रनोज पेगु की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित विद्यालयी शिक्षा विभाग की बैठक में प्रतिभाग किया। जहां पर उन्होंने असम की शिक्षा व्यवस्था को जाना साथ ही उन्होंने नई शिक्षा नीति-2020 के तहत किये गये कार्यों, स्थानांतरण नीति, छात्र एवं शिक्षकों की उपस्थित, आदर्श व मॉडल स्कूलों सहित विद्यालयी शिक्षा अंतर्गत संचालित विभिन्न परियोजनाओं के बारे में जानकारी साझा की। डॉ. रावत के गुवाहाटी पहुंचने पर असम के शिक्षा मंत्री रनोज पेगु ने अपने विभागीय उच्चाधिकारियों के साथ उनका जोरदार स्वागत किया।
असम के दो दिवसीय राजकीय भ्रमण के दौरान सूबे के विद्यालयी शिक्षा मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत ने आज गुवाहाटी पहुंच कर वहां के शिक्षा मंत्री रनोज पेगु से मुलाकात की। इस दौरान डॉ. रावत ने वहां के शिक्षा मंत्री पेगु की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित विद्यालयी शिक्षा विभाग की बैठक में प्रतिभाग किया। शिक्षा विभाग असम के अधिकारियों ने बैठक में विद्यालयी शिक्षा के अंतर्गत असम सरकार द्वारा संचालित शिक्षा व्यवस्था व अन्य परियोजनाओं का प्रस्तुतिकरण दिया। बैठक में उपस्थित शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों ने नई शिक्षा नीति-2020 के तहत संचालित पाठ्यक्रमों, नवाचार, ऑनलाइन एजुकेशन, ऑनलाइन उपस्थिति, स्थानांतरण नीति सहित अनेक बिन्दुओं पर विस्तृत जानकारी दी।
विद्यालयी शिक्षा मंत्री डा. रावत ने मीडया को जारी बयान में बताया कि असम सरकार वहां के भौगोलिक एवं समाजिक परिवेश के अनुरूप आदर्श व मॉडल विद्यालयों का संचालन कर रही है जोकि युवाओं को रोजगारपरक शिक्षा देने के साथ ही उनके सर्वांगीण विकास में सहायक साबित हो रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि असम सरकार ने चाय बागानों में कार्य करने वाले मजदूरों के बच्चों को बेहतर शिक्षा देने के लिये जगह-जगह बागान क्षेत्र में ही मॉडल स्कूलों की स्थापना की है जहां पर 12वीं तक की शिक्षा दी जाती है। इसी प्रकार प्रत्येक विधानसभा क्षेत्र में आदर्श विद्यालयों की स्थापना की गई है जहां पर सीबीएससी बोर्ड के अंतर्गत अंग्रेजी माध्यम में पढ़ाई कराई जाती है।
डॉ. रावत ने कहा कि असम सरकार ने शिक्षकों एवं छात्रों की उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करने के लिये असम शिक्षा सेतु नाम से ऐप तैयार किया है जिसके माध्यम से ऑनलाइन उपस्थिति ली जाती है। जो कि बेहतर ढंग से कार्य कर रहा है। जरूरत पड़ी तो उत्तराखंड में भी इस प्रणाली को लागू करने पर विचार किया जायेगा। बैठक में डॉ. रावत ने उत्तराखंड शिक्षा विभाग में नई शिक्षा नीति के तहत संचालित पाठ्यक्रमों, नवाचार, मॉडल क्लासेज व विद्या समीक्षा केन्द्र के संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी दी, साथ ही उन्होंने असम के शिक्षा अधिकारियों को उत्तराखंड के विद्या समीक्षा केन्द्र व नई शिक्षा नीति के अध्ययन के लिये आमंत्रित किया ताकि असम सरकार भी यहां की बेहतर शिक्षा प्रणाली में से जरूरी योजनाओं का अपने यहां क्रियान्वयन कर सके। इस पूर्व गुवाहाटी पहुंचने पर असम के शिक्षा मंत्री सहित विभागीय अधिकारियों ने डा. रावत का जोरदार स्वागत किया।
बैठक में आयुक्त एवं परियोजना निदेशक समग्र शिक्षा असम ओम प्रकाश, अपर सचिव व अपर परियोजना निदेशक संजय दत्ता सहित अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
