मुख्यमंत्री व टीम ने ICAI के कार्यक्रम में उत्तराखंड में निवेश के गिनाए लाभ
यूएई दौरे में ₹15 हजार 475 करोड़ के निवेश प्रस्तावों को मिली मंजूरी
अबू धाबी। उत्तराखण्ड ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर समिट 2023 हेतु संयुक्त राज्य अमीरात (यूएई) दौरे के दूसरे दिन उत्तराखण्ड सरकार के प्रतिनिधि मंडल ने आज अबू धाबी में विभिन्न उद्योग समूहों के साथ बैठक की। मुख्यमंत्री धामी की उपस्थिति में विभिन्न समूहों के साथ राज्य सरकार की ओर से यूएई दौरे के दूसरे दिन 3550 करोड़ के इन्वेस्टमेंट एमओयू किए गए। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सभी उद्योग घरानों को आगामी 8 एवं 9 दिसम्बर माह में देहरादून में आयोजित होने वाले समिट हेतु निमत्रण भी दिया। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री श्री धामी के साथ कैबिनेट मंत्री डा. धनसिंह रावत भी मौजूद रहे।
बुधवार को अबू धाबी में उत्तराखण्ड सरकार द्वारा किए गए ₹3550 करोड़ के इन्वेस्टमेंट एमओयू में क्रमशः लूलू ग्रुप के साथ रियल एस्टेट सेक्टर हेतु 1000 करोड़, हायपर मार्केट के साथ हॉस्पिटेलिटी सेक्टर में निवेश हेतु 500 करोड़ एवं फूड पार्क हेतु 250 करोड़, एसीटी फैसिलिटिज मिडिल ईस्ट के साथ हॉस्पिटेलिटी सेक्टर में 1500 करोड़ एवं रिजेन्ट ग्लोबल के साथ फार्मा सेक्टर में निवेश हेतु 300 करोड़ के एमओयू शामिल हैं। इससे पूर्व यूएई दौरे के पहले दिन दुबई सीएम धामी की उपस्थिति में 11925 करोड़ के इनवेस्टमेंट एमओयू साइन किए गए थे। कुल मिलाकर संयुक्त अरब अमीरात में 15 हजार 475 करोड़ के इन्वेस्टमेंट एमओयू किए गए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने किया आईसीएआई द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने बुधवार को अबु धाबी में इन्स्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टेड एकाउन्टेंट्स ऑफ इंडिया (आईसीएआई) द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रम में भी प्रतिभाग किया। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने अपने सम्बोधन में कहा कि विश्व में चाटर्ड एकाउन्टेंट्स के सबसे बड़े संगठन के मेघावी सदस्यों के बीच आना अपने आप में गौवर का क्षण है। उन्होंने कहा कि देश दुनियां में उत्तराखण्ड की पहचान देवभूमि के रूप में है जहां एक ओर केदारनाथ, बदरीनाथ धाम, जागेश्वर आदि मंदिर स्थित हैं, वहीं हमारा प्रदेश गंगा और यमुना जैसी पवित्र नदियों का उद्गम स्थल भी है। मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार ने सांस्कृतिक, प्राकृतिक एवं आध्यात्मिक सुंदरता को बचाये रखते हुए प्रदेश के विकास का मार्ग चुना है। इसके लिए हमने सरलीकरण, समाधान, निस्तारीकरण और संतुष्टि को अपना मूलमंत्र माना है। उन्होंने कहा कि टूरिज्म, वेलनेस और हॉस्पिटेलिटी इंडस्ट्री के साथ-साथ उत्तराखण्ड में अनेक नए एवं गैर परंपरागत उद्योगों को विकसित किया जा रहा है।
उन्होंने कहा कि आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के मार्गदर्शन और केन्द्र सरकार के सहयोग से एक ओर जहां राज्य में पिछले पांच वर्षों में करीब 1 लाख 50 हजार करोड़ से अधिक की परियोजनाएं स्वीकृत हुई हैं, वहीं दूसरी ओर 20 हजार करोड़ से अधिक की विकास योजनाओं पर कार्य गतिमान है। उत्तराखण्ड भी अपनी अवस्थापना परियोजनाओं, सौर ऊर्जा, पवन ऊर्जा आदि के क्षेत्र में आपके ज्ञान एवं अनुभव का लाभ लेने हेतु तत्पर है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कार्यक्रम में मौजूद उद्यमियों को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि रियल स्टेट क्षेत्र में यूएई ने अत्यंत प्रगति की है, यहाँ की प्रसिद्ध इमारतें विश्व में अपना प्रतिमान स्थापित कर चुकी हैं। उत्तराखण्ड भी अपने शहरों का सुनियोजित विकास एवं नये शहरों की स्थापना करने हेतु आपके साथ सहयोग करने का इच्छुक है, जिससे इस क्षेत्र में आपकी विशेषज्ञता का लाभ उठाया जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड सरकार निवेशकों को राज्य में सभी प्राथमिक आवश्यक सुविधायें उपलब्ध कराने हेतु सदैव तत्पर है और विशेष रूप से गत दो वर्षों में प्रदेश सरकार ने राज्य में निवेश आकर्षित करने की दिशा में सुनियोजित प्रयास किये हैं। लन्दन एवं बर्मिंघम और उसके बाद दिल्ली के रोड शो के दौरान उद्योग जगत के प्रतिनिधियों से 40 हजार करोड़ से अधिक के निवेश प्रस्ताव प्राप्त हुए, उससे यह सिद्ध होता है कि देश ही नहीं बल्कि विदेशों से भी उद्यमी, उत्तराखंड में निवेश करने के लिए उत्साहित हैं।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान कैबिनेट मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत ने भी अपना सम्बोधन दिया। इस अवसर पर अपर मुख्य सचिव आनंद बर्द्धन, सचिव मुख्यमंत्री डा. आर मीनाक्षी सुंदरम, सचिव शैलेश बगौली, सचिव उद्योग विनय शंकर पांड्य, महानिदेशक उद्योग रोहित मीणा समेत प्रतिनिधि मंडल के अन्य सदस्य एवं आईसीएआई के सदस्य मौजूद रहे।
