मुख्यमंत्री वात्सल्य योजना – 3.58 करोड़ की धनराशि जारी
देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को सचिवालय में महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास विभाग की नंदा गौरा योजना के अंतर्गत एक लाख लाभार्थी बालिकाओं को पी.एफ.एम.एस के माध्यम से 358.3 करोड़ तथा मुख्यमंत्री वात्सल्य योजना के अंतर्गत कुल 3.58 करोड़ की धनराशि का डिजिटल हस्तांतरण किया।
नंदा गौरा योजना के अन्तर्गत बालिका के जन्म पर रुपये-11,000/- एवं 12वीं पास करने पर रुपये-51,000/- की धनराशि उपलब्ध कराई गई जिसमें वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-23 की जन्म वाली-11948 बालिकायें तथा 12वीं पास-32353 बालिकाओं तथा वर्ष 2023-24 के जन्म वाली-6539 बालिकायें तथा 12वीं पास-24408 बालिकाएं शामिल हैं। इसमें मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा विधानसभा में की गई घोषणा के क्रम में पूर्व संचालित नंदा देवी कन्या योजना के अन्तर्गत वित्तीय वर्ष
2009-10 से वित्तीय वर्ष 2016-17 तक लाभ से वंचित रह गई-32,3,61 जन्म वाली बालिकाओं को रूपये 15,000/- की दर से लाभान्वित किया जाना भी शामिल है।
इस प्रकार कुल-1,07,609 बालिकाओं को कुल रूपये-3,58,35,83,000/- (रूपये तीन अरब अठावन करोड़ पैंतीस लाख तिरासी हजार मात्र) की धनराशि से लाभान्वित किया गया है। जबकि मुख्यमंत्री वात्सल्य योजना में 01 मार्च, 2020 से 31 मार्च, 2022 की अवधि में कोविड-19 महामारी एवं अन्य बीमारियों से माता/पिता/ संरक्षक की मृत्यु के कारण जन्म से 21 वर्ष तक के प्रभावित बच्चों को प्रतिमाह रु० 3,000/- (रु० तीन हजार मात्र) सहायता राशि / भरण पोषण भत्ता पी.एफ.एम.एस के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन प्रदान गई जिसमें मुख्यमंत्री वात्सल्य योजनान्तर्गत लाभार्थियों को रु० 3,000/- प्रतिमाह की दर से पी.एफ.एम.एस के माध्यम से माह जनवरी, 2024 में 5981 लाभार्थियों को रू0 1.79 करोड़ एवं फरवरी, 2024 में 5956 लाभार्थियों को रू0 1.78 करोड़ (कुल रू0 358.17 लाख) की धनराशि जारी की गई।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इन योजनाओं के द्वारा बालिका शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देने के साथ ही अनाथ बच्चों के देखभाल की राह आसान हुई हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि बालिकाओं को प्रोत्साहन मिलने से स्नातक स्तर पर उनके प्रवेश के ग्राफ में बढ़ोत्तरी हुई है। इससे प्रदेश में महिला सशक्तिकरण के प्रयासों को मजबूती के साथ विकसित राज्य की भी पहचान बनी है। उन्होंने कहा कि पूर्व में नंदा देवी कन्या योजना के अंतर्गत वर्ष 2008-2009 से 2016-17 तक योजना से वंचित रहने वाली 32,361 जन्म वाली बालिकाओं को रुपये 15 हजार की दर से लाभ दिये जाने की घोषणा उनके द्वारा विधानसभा में की गई थी, जिसकी भी पूर्ति आज हुई है। यह हमारे विकल्प रहित संकल्प की सिद्धि का भी प्रतीक है।
इस अवसर पर मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी, प्रमुख सचिव आर.के.सुधांशु, अपर सचिव एवं निदेशक महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास प्रशांत आर्य के साथ ही अन्य विभागीय एवं संबंधित बैंक के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
