प्रदेश के 4 विकासखण्डों के 18 जनजातीय बाहुल्य ग्राम पंचायतों को कवर करेगी यात्रा
देहरादून। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने जनजातीय गौरव दिवस के अवसर पर झारखंड से ‘‘विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा’’ का शुभारंभ किया। सरकार की प्रमुख योजनाओं को लोगों तक पहुंचाने व उन्हें जागरूक करने के उद्देश्य से शुरू की गई इस यात्रा के माध्यम से पहले जनजातीय व वंचित समुदायों और उसके बाद प्रत्येक व्यक्ति तक योजनाओं की संतृप्ति का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। इस संकल्प यात्रा का उद्देश्य सर्वप्रथम उन वंचित लोगों के लिए है जो किसी योजना का लाभ लेने से वंचित रहे हैं।
यह यात्रा लोगों के पास जाने, जागरूकता पैदा करने और स्वच्छता सुविधाओं, आवश्यक वित्तीय सेवाओं, बिजली कनेक्शन, एलपीजी सिलेंडर तक पहुँच, गरीबों के लिए आवास, खाद्य सुरक्षा, उचित पोषण, विश्वसनीय स्वास्थ्य सेवा, स्वच्छ पेयजल जैसी कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ प्रदान करने पर केंद्रित है। इस अवसर पर प्रधानमंत्री ने पीएम जनमन अभियान का भी शुभारंभ किया। कार्यक्रम में उन्होंने ‘‘प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि के तहत 18 हजार करोड़ रूपये की 15वीं किस्त ऑनलाइन माध्यम से पात्र किसानों को ट्रांसफर की।
राजभवन देहरादून से इस कार्यक्रम में वर्चुअल माध्यम से राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (से नि) सहित कैबिनेट मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल, श्रीमती रेखा आर्या सहित अन्य गणमान्य लोग उपस्थित रहे। कार्यक्रम के पश्चात राज्यपाल ने देहरादून जनपद हेतु ‘‘विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा’’ को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया। यह संकल्प यात्रा जनपद के 4 विकासखण्डों के 18 जनजातीय बाहुल्य ग्राम पंचायतों को आच्छादित करेगी। इस यात्रा में जनसाधारण को लाभ पहुँचाने वाली शहरी क्षेत्र के लिए कुल 17 योजनाओं के संबंध में प्रचार-प्रसार किया जायेगा।
साथ ही ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लिए 22 विभागों के माध्यम से संचालित की जाने वाली लाभार्थीपरक योजनाओं की जानकारी जनसाधारण को दी जायेगी। इस अवसर पर पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि की द्वितीय त्रैमास के लिए 15वीं किस्त प्रदेश के 6.80 लाख किसानों को ट्रांसफर की गई।
इस अवसर पर राज्यपाल ने कहा कि विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा अंतिम छोर पर खड़े व्यक्ति को सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ और उन्हें योजनाओं के संबंध में जागरूक करेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि इस जागरूकता वैन के माध्यम से अनुसूचित जाति बाहुल्य पंचायतों के लोग लाभान्वित होंगे और समाज की मुख्यधारा से जुड़ सकेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि हमें संकल्प लेना होगा कि इस संकल्प यात्रा के माध्यम से योजनाओं का शतप्रतिशत लाभ लोगों तक पहुंचे।
राज्यपाल ने कहा कि अधिकारियों को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि यह योजना पात्र व्यक्ति तक अवश्य पहुंचे और इससे वह लाभान्वित हों। उन्होंने कहा कि आज माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी द्वारा पीएम जनमन अभियान का भी शुभारंभ किया गया है जो जनजातीय समुदाय के लिए सशक्तिकरण का माध्यम बनेगा। राज्यपाल ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री जी ने अमृत काल में जिन चार स्तंभों-नारी शक्ति, युवा शक्ति, किसान और मध्यम वर्ग का जिक्र किया गया वह विकसित भारत, विश्व गुरु भारत और आत्मनिर्भर भारत महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएंगे।
