चतुर्थ श्रेणी कार्मिकों की वर्दी भत्ते की दरों में वृद्धि, देखें शासनादेश

पदोन्नति सम्बन्धी नियमावली में संशोधन 

देहरादून। चतुर्थ श्रेणी कार्मिकों की पदोन्नति की नियमावली में संशोधन व वर्दी भत्ते की दरों में वृद्धि सम्बन्धी शासनादेश जारी कर दिये गये हैं।

शुक्रवार  को  चतुर्थ श्रेणी कर्मचारियों की विभिन्न लम्बित मांगों के निराकरण के लिए  सचिव, कार्मिक की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित बैठक में इस मुद्दे पर सहमति बनी।  अरुण पांडे ने बताया कि 12 दिसंबर को चतुर्थ श्रेणी कर्मचारी महासंघ  की एक बैठक  शासन में हुई थी।  बैठक में सहमति बनी थी कि चतुर्थ श्रेणी के पात्र कार्मिकों की लिपिक वर्गीय पदों पर पदोन्नति हेतु शासन द्वारा निर्गत नियमावली में टाइपिंग की  गयी व्यवस्था के अनुसार चार हजार की डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटा की गति से टंकण करने वाले अभ्यर्थी अर्ह माने जाते थे।

पुरानी व्यवस्था में संशोधन करते हुए 15 नवंबर को चार हजार के स्थान पर चौबीस सौ की डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटा की गति संशोधित नियमावली  निर्धारित कर दी गयी है। चतुर्थ श्रेणी कर्मचारियों को प्रतिवर्ष  2400 रुपए वर्दी भत्ते के रूप में नगद धनराशि उनके खाते में जमा किये जाने सम्बधी शासनादेश भी आज जारी कर दिया गया है।  पांडे ने शासन द्वारा जारी किये गये उपरोक्त संशोधनों के लिये  मुख्यमंत्री एवं अधिकारियों का धन्यवाद किया।
