फर्जीवाड़ा कर दून में आवासीय प्लाट बेचकर 80 लाख का चूना लगाया

देहरादून। जमीनों के फर्जी कागजात के जरिये खरीद फरोख्त के मामले में जेल में बंद कुंवर पाल सिंहव उसकी पत्नी पूनम चौधरी समेत चार के खिलाफ धोखाधड़ी का मामला दर्ज हुआ है।
कैंट थाने में दर्ज मामले में पीड़िता विधु जिंदल ने 80 लाख हड़पने का आरोप लगाया। दर्ज रिपोर्ट में कहा गया कि राजेंद्र नगर के एक आवसीय प्लाट के फर्जी कागजात तैयार कर कुंवर पाल व उसकी पत्नी ने उनके साथ जमीन का सौदा कर 80 लाख रुपए लिए। 27 अप्रैल2023 को कुंवर पाल को समझौते के तहत रकम दी गयी। और धीरे धीरे 80 लाख रुपए दे दिये।
पीड़िता विधु जिंदल ने पुलिस को बताया कि जब उन्हें कुंवरपाल की गिरफ्तारी का पता चला तो पैसे वापस मांगे। लेकिन कासिफ सिद्दीकी, मनोज वर्मा ने उन्हें जान से मारने की धमकी दी।
विधु जिंदल की तहरीर पर कुंवर पाल सिंह, पूनम चौधरी, मनोज वर्मा और कासिफ सिद्दीकी के खिलाफ 420,504 व 506 की धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है।

पहिला वादिनी सेवा मे श्रीमान थानाअध्यक्ष देहरादून महोदय, निर्धन इस प्रकार से है कि प्रार्थन जिंदल पत्नी स्व० विनोद कुमार जिदेव निकली 161/86 लेन नंबर पॉकेट 3 विवेक विहार, जीएमएस रोड देहरादून की निवासी है एंव प्राचिनी एक वरिष्ठ नागरिक है। यह की पानी पानी का पुत्र समिति जिंदल अपने निवास हेतु राजेन्द्र नगर देहरादून के आसपास में जमीन कर रहे प्रार्थी की मनोज वर्मा पुत्र श्री रमेश चन्द्र वर्मा (हनुमान रानी बाजार सहारनपुर से हुई जिसने यह बताया कि उनका और मेरा मित्र काशिफ सिविकी पुत्री अभी उन सिविकी निवासी के नाम मदन पुरी, सहारनपुर जमीन खरीद सम्बंधित करते हैं। और हमारा एक मित्र कुंवर पाल सिंह निवासी सुजातपुर जिला सहारनपुर की पत्नी पूनम चौधरी के नाम का एक प्लॉट आवासीय संपत्ति संख्या 1081 ( नया नं0 548/525) स्ट्रॉट नं0 2 राजेन्द्र नगर कीसगढ़ रोड देहरादून जिसका निर्मित क्षेत्रफल 300 वर्ग मीटर व भू-क्षेत्रफल 45788 वर्ग मीटर है जो कि बेचना चाहते है। यह कि प्रार्थिनी उपरोक्त व्यक्तियों की में आकर दिनांक 04.04.2023 को मनोज वर्मा एवं सिविकीनी की दिखाया, जिस पर पार्थिनी को प्लॉट पसंद आ गया एवं उपरोक्त संपत्ति 54.000 गज के हिसाब से खरीदना लग पाया गया। यह कि दिनांक 27.04.2023 को मेरे पुत्र शोभित जिटल द्वारा वर्मा को उक्त संपत्ति की बाबत अंकन 5,00,000/- रू चेक नंबर 123442 आई.डी. बी. आई बैंक जीएमएस रोड देहरादून दिया गया, जाज वर्मा द्वारा लिखित स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई एच उसी लिखित स्वीकृति में उपरोक्त संपत्ति के बावत 6 मई 2023 को लिखित विक्रय अनुबंध पत्र तय किया गया। यह की दिनांक 2 मई 20023 को पूनम चौधरी पत्नी कुवर पाल सिंह कुवर पाल सिंह, मनोज वर्मा, काशिफ सिविकी ने मिलकर के साथ लिखित अनुबंध पर किया। जिसमें पारा पूनम एवं सुवर को 32,00,000/- रू 684754 दिनांक 02.05 2023 पीएनबी कांवली देहरादून से अदा किया प्रार्थिनी द्वारा अपने रिश्तेदारों एवं अपने पुत्र से 50,00,000/- रूपए नगद लेकर उपयोक्तों को नगद अदा किए एवं हमके अतिरिक्ति जो पूर्व में के पुत्र द्वारा जो अंग्रेजी में अपठित विधु जिंदन 5.00,000/ 30 का चेक दिया गया था उसको प्रार्थिनी द्वारा वापस लिया गया । एवं उसके बदले 5,00,000/- 50 नगद अदा किए। एंव प्रार्थिनी द्वारा कुल 80,00,000/- रूपए उपरोक्त को अदा किए गए है। या की 1 हफ्ते पहले प्रार्थिनी द्वारा अखबार देखा गया तो पार्थिनी को पता पता की कुवर पान सिंह को पुलिस दद्वारा जमीन फर्जीवाडा सम्बन्धित मामलों में गिरफ्तार किया गया जिसे देखकर काफी भी हो गई एंव प्रायनी को शक हुआ कि उपरोक्त व्यक्तियों द्वारा प्रार्थिनी के साथ छल कपट का एंव उपरोक्त संपत्ति के फर्जी दस्तावेज तैयार कर प्रायिनी से उपरोक्त धनराशि जी गई है। जिसके पश्चात पाव द्वारा मनोज वर्मा एवं सिद्दिकी से संपर्क किया गया और उन से निवेदन किया गया कि ये प्रायिनी का पैसा वापस अदा कर दे, जिस पर मनोज वर्मा एवं काशिफ सिविक द्वारा प्रार्थिनी के पुत्र के साथ गाली गलौच कर जान से मारने की धमकी दी गई और कहा कि हम आपका पैसा वापस नहीं करेंगे और अब तक तो तुमने अखबार में पढ़ भी लिया होगा। एव प्रार्थी को धमकी दी गई कि वह जो जहां वहा सकती है हमें किसी चीज का डर नहीं है । महोदय इस घटना से पार्थिनी काफी भयभीत है कि उपरोक्त व्यक्तियों द्वारा गुट बनाकर और भी कई लोगो के साथ धोखाधड़ी की गई है एवं प्रार्थिनी के साथ भी कर पानी की महनत की कई पी गई है। अतः माननीय महोदय से निवेदन है कि उपरोक्त तथ्यों को संज्ञान में लेते हुए उक्त व्यक्तियों पर मुकदमा दर्ज कर पानी का पैसा वापस दिलाने की कृपा करे प्रार्थिनी अग्रेजी में अपठित विधु जितनी विनोद कुमार जिंदल निवासी [161/86 नंबर 1 पॉकेट विवेक विहार जीएमएस रोड देहरादून 9997231700 Deled 18.09 21123 संलग्न 1. विक्रय अनुबंध पत्र दिनांक 02.05.2025 2. रसौद दिनांक 27.04.20233 उपहार विलेख दिनांकित 10.09.2021 4 उपहार विलेख दिनांकित 06.04.2018 5. विक्रय पत्र दिनांक 13.12.1989 6 विक्रय पत्र दिनांकित 25.07.1978 नोट में सौसी बानि0 172 ना०पू० गिरीश कुमार प्रमाणित करता हूँ फर्द बरामदगी की शब्द व शब्द अकित है कोई औ शब्द घटाया व माया नहीं गया है। नए 172 गिरीश कुमारकोतवाली ट देहरादून दिनांक 05/10/20723
