ऑनलाइन देख सकेंगे परीक्षा, परीक्षाफल एवं क्रेडिट स्कोर

सूबे के उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों में स्नातक स्तरीय प्रवेश प्रक्रिया के उपरांत समर्थ पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत प्रत्येक छात्र-छात्राओं को डिजिटल पहचान पत्र उपलब्ध करायें जायेंगे, जिसकी प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है। इसके साथ ही समर्थ पोर्टल पर स्टूडेंट लाइफ साइकल मॉड्यूल शुरू कर दिया गया है। इसके माध्यम से छात्र-छात्राओं को विश्ववि़द्यालयों एवं महिवद्यालयों की तमाम शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों की जानकारी ऑनलाइन मिलेगी। इसके अलावा छात्र-छात्राएं स्टूडेंट लॉगिन क्रेडेंशियल के माध्यम से परीक्षा, परीक्षाफल, क्रेडिट स्कोर के साथ ही अपनी तमाम शैक्षिक उपलब्धियों की सूचनाएं भी प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।

राज्य सरकार द्वारा सूबे में उच्च शिक्षा के अंतर्गत कई पहलें शुरू की गई हैं। जिसमें समर्थ पोर्टल के माध्यम से महाविद्यालयों एवं विश्वविद्यालयों में स्नातक स्तरीय प्रवेश प्रक्रिया भी शामिल है। समर्थ पोर्टल पर वर्तमान शैक्षणिक सत्र से कुमाऊं विश्वविद्यालय, श्रीदेव सुमन विश्वविद्यालय एवं सोबन सिंह जीना विश्वविद्यालय से सम्बद्ध महाविद्यलायों के लिये ऑनलाइन प्रवेश प्रक्रिया आयोजित की गई। उच्च शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा प्रवेश प्रक्रिया के उपरांत अब समर्थ पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत प्रत्येक नव प्रवेशित छात्र-छात्राओं को डिजिटल पहचान पत्र उपलब्ध करा दिये गये हैं। साथ ही पोर्टल पर ‘स्टूडेंट लाइफ साइकल मॉड्यूल’ शुरू कर एक नये डिजिटल युग की शुरूआत कर दी है। इस नये मॉड्यूल के माध्यम से छात्र-छात्राओं को एक क्लिक पर सभी सूचनाएं मिलेंगी। ‘स्टूडेंट लाइफ साइकल मॉड्यूल’ के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत छात्र स्टूडेंट लॉगिन क्रेडेंशियल के माध्यम से अपनी समस्त शैक्षणिक उपलब्धियों से सम्बंधित जानकारियां प्राप्त कर सकेंगे साथ ही वह अपने क्रेडिट स्कोर, परीक्षा परिणाम भी ऑनलाइन देख सकेंगे। इसके अलावा स्टूडेंट लाइफ साइकल मॉड्यूल पर एक्जाम फार्म, एडमिट कार्ड सहित परीक्षा व प्रवेश संबंधी तमाम सूचनाएं छात्रों को समय पर मिलेंगी। ‘स्टूडेंट लाइफ साइकल मॉड्यूल’ के माध्यम से पहली पर नव प्रवेशित छात्र-छात्राओं को प्रवेश के तुरंत पश्चात विश्वविद्यालय नामांकन संख्या भी उपलब्ध कर दी गई है, जबकि इससे पहले छात्र-छात्राओं को नामांकन संख्या परीक्षा फार्म भरने के उपरांत ही मिल पाता था। इस नये माडॅयूल के शुरू होने से छात्र-छात्राओं की तमाम समस्याओं को दूर करने का प्रयास किया गया है ताकि छात्र-छात्राओं के अमूल्य समय को बर्बाद होने से बचाया जा सके।

उच्च शिक्षा में समर्थ पोर्टल के माध्यम से प्रवेश प्रक्रिया एक महत्वपूर्ण एवं सार्थक पहल है। इससे प्रदेश के युवाओं को सुगम, गुणवत्तापूर्ण एवं रोजगारपरक शिक्षा के अवसर प्राप्त होंगे। यह पहल उच्च गुणवत्ता वाली शिक्षा के प्रति राज्य सरकार की प्रतिबद्धता का परिणाम है जो निश्चत ही छात्रों के सर्वांगीण विकास में सहायक साबित होगी।- डॉ. धन सिंह रावत, उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री, उत्तराखंड सरकार।
